Our Approach
We provide therapeutic care to children and young people up to the age of 18.
Our homes are fully registered under the Care Standards Act 2000 and operate within the legal framework set out by the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards 2015, alongside other relevant legislation. We are regulated by Ofsted, who carry out regular inspections to ensure our homes meet the required standards of care.
Our primary care model is underpinned by trauma-informed practice, with our therapeutic approach guiding everything we do. Where appropriate, additional therapy is provided based on the individual needs of each child or young person.
All members of our residential support team are trained in trauma-informed practice and are supported by our in-house therapist. This ensures that care plans for every child and young person are consistent with, and fully aligned to, our therapeutic model.

Specialist Care
Our residential teams create welcoming, therapeutic homes where children and young people feel safe, settled, and supported. We take time to understand each child or young person’s experiences, helping transitions into our homes feel as smooth and reassuring as possible.
Education is a key priority. Working with the Local Education Authority (LEA), we support children and young people to remain in their current schools wherever possible, including those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Our homes are part of local communities, giving children and young people access to everyday opportunities that help build confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. We encourage every child and young person to believe in themselves and their potential
Risk Assessments
Every child and young person is supported by plans and risk assessments designed around their individual needs. Each has a named member of the team, often known as a key worker, who builds a trusting relationship with them and helps make sure their plans are reviewed regularly and reflect their views. Wherever it is safe and appropriate, parents are involved too. By following these plans consistently, our team works together to provide safe, thoughtful, and high-quality care for every child and young person.
