Director and Registered Individual

Sarah has over 30 years’ experience working with children and young people across a range of care settings. Her career includes roles as a Children’s Home Manager, Social Worker, and Guardian, giving her a strong, well-rounded understanding of care provision. For the past 11 years, she has worked as an Improvement Consultant for local authorities, supporting professionals at all levels to achieve and maintain Ofsted compliance and deliver high-quality care.

Josh Asquith

Director

Joshua is a founding Director at Endless Possibilities, with responsibility for property management alongside oversight of IT systems, operational support, and company culture. With a background in healthcare and leadership, he brings a calm, practical, and solution-focused approach to the senior team. He plays a key role in creating safe, nurturing environments that support both staff and young people to thrive.

Rob Groves

Director

Rob brings over 20 years of leadership and business experience to the residential care sector, combining commercial expertise with a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people. As a co-founder and director of Endless Possibilities, he has helped shape the organisation’s vision, growth, and sustainability. His strengths include financial planning, operational performance, and building values-led, high-performing teams

Sally Camm

Managing Director

Sally brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience, with a particular focus on people, culture and creating organisations where people can thrive. As Managing Director, she leads the development of Endless Possibilities, bringing together the people, partnerships and resources needed to deliver exceptional care. Sally is passionate about creating a place where children feel safe, valued and able to flourish, where families feel genuinely supported, and where our team feel proud of the difference they make every day.
