Sarah McConnell
Director and Registered Individual
Sarah has over 30 years’ experience working with children and young people across a range of care settings. Her career includes roles as a Children’s Home Manager, Social Worker, and Guardian, giving her a strong, well-rounded understanding of care provision. For the past 11 years, she has worked as an Improvement Consultant for local authorities, supporting professionals at all levels to achieve and maintain Ofsted compliance and deliver high-quality care.
Josh Asquith
Director
Joshua is a founding Director at Endless Possibilities, with responsibility for property management alongside oversight of IT systems, operational support, and company culture. With a background in healthcare and leadership, he brings a calm, practical, and solution-focused approach to the senior team. He plays a key role in creating safe, nurturing environments that support both staff and young people to thrive.
