Planned Placements

Daffodil House supports up to three children or young people, offering personalised care shaped around individual needs. We work closely with partner agencies, schools, and the local community to ensure children and young people receive the right therapeutic support, education, and safeguarding.

Our aim is to help each child or young person move towards a safe, permanent home, whether that means returning to family, transitioning to foster care, remaining in residential care, or moving towards independence. Where reunification is being considered, our Director of Care, a qualified Social Worker, can provide assessment support to local authorities to help inform next steps.
